Lucy Pearl’s was started by Ron and Nicole Morris, in March of 2019 after Nicole retired from Union Pacific railroad. Lucy Pearl’s is named after Nicole’s mother Sherry Lucille who was affectionately known as “Sweets.” Nicole used the collected recipes of her mother to bring to life 5 generations of recipes including the award-winning “Betty Lou”, named after her Great Aunt Betty’s famous sour cream pineapple coconut cake. Nicole and Ron debuted at Eleanora’s farmers market with their signature product Banana Pudding cake. You will find one or both of them at the store, talking to customers and sharing their love for sweets.
